Conductly's Online Store gives your music school a professional, public-facing storefront where families can browse your offerings and purchase lessons, classes, and programs directly. No need for a separate e-commerce platform -- everything is built right into Conductly.

What Is the Online Store?

The Online Store is a dedicated web page for your school, accessible at your custom URL. Prospective and current families can visit your store at any time to see what you offer, learn about your instructors, and sign up or purchase on the spot.

When a family completes a purchase through the store, Conductly automatically handles account creation, enrollment, and invoice generation -- saving you hours of manual data entry.

Product Categories

Your store organizes products into three categories:

How It Works

Here is the typical flow from the family's perspective:

  1. Browse -- Families visit your store URL and explore your offerings by category
  2. Learn more -- They click on a product to see details, pricing, instructor information, and available sessions
  3. Add to cart -- They add the products they want to their shopping cart
  4. Checkout -- They register (or log in), enter payment details, and complete their purchase
  5. Enrolled -- Conductly creates their account, enrolls the student, and generates an invoice automatically

Admin vs. Public Views

Conductly provides two views of your store:

  • Admin View -- What you see when managing your store from within Conductly. You can toggle products on and off, edit details, upload images, and configure settings directly inline.
  • Public View -- What families see when they visit your store URL. This is the polished, customer-facing experience.

You can switch between these views easily to preview exactly what families will see.

Getting Started

To start using the Online Store:

  1. Add courses -- Products in your store are linked to your courses. Create courses first in the Courses & Catalog section.
  2. Configure products -- Enable courses as store products and add details like descriptions, images, and pricing. See Managing Products.
  3. Customize your store -- Set your store colors, marketing banner, and terms of service in Store Settings.
  4. Share your URL -- Start directing families to your store.
